WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
Our turn around time varies through out the year and is never set in stone. We do our best to get your equipment back to you as fast as possible. Feel free to call us for our current turn around time.
if i pay extra can my job be done faster?
The simple answer is no for the reason that we work on a first come first served basis so to offer any type of expedited repair would be unfair to every one else.
do i need an appointment to drop off my equipment?
There is no appointment necessary for equipment drop-off. The only exception to this is industrial equipment and trucks.
can you give me an estimate before you start the work?
We work on a flat rate system for our repairs and only prepare estimates if the flat rate labor is not going to cover the job. At which point you will be contacted for your approval before any more work is done.
How can i get a quote on equipment/parts?
do you offer returns?
We offer returns on parts purchased from us for thirty days, exclusions apply. There is no return on special ordered parts or electrical parts. A receipt and original payment method is required for return. Part must not be used or damaged to honor refund.
what is the waranty on your service?
We are able to stand behind our service work for thirty days. The reason for the time frame is due to the nature of gasoline and how quickly gasoline can cause issues. Most parts used are warrantied against defect for one year by the manufacturer but this does vary.
i was told my gas is bad, how can this be?
Gasoline is not what is used to be and causes a majority of the non running issues you will experience. To learn more about fuel and proper use to protect yourself click here.

The simple answer is yes, We work on anything with a gasoline or diesel engine. The best way to find out if we can work on your equipment is to give us a call and ask us. There is not much that we say no to, however there are a few types of equipment we can not work on. Click Here for more info on what we currently do not work on.
