  • Do you sell equipment and parts online?

    At present, we do not offer online sales. For any equipment or parts needs, please contact us via phone or email.
  • Do you repair all major brands, or do you only work on the brands you sell?

    Our repair services cover most major brands. We invite you to contact us and benefit from our extensive repair experience.
  • Where is the entrance to your shop?

    Our shop entrance is located at the rear of the building. Access our parking lot from the intersection of Rudderow Ave. and Haddonfield Rd.
  • What brands of new equipment do you sell?

    We offer new equipment from Wright, Husqvarna, Toro, Scag Power Equipment, Snow-Way Snow & Ice Control Equipment, Vortexx Pressure Washers, Bad Boy Mowers, and Ferris.
  • Is financing available for the purchase of new power equipment?

    Financing options are available through Sheffield Financial Services and ClickLease for the purchase of new power equipment.
  • Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?

    We provide pick-up and delivery services within a 20-mile radius of our shop location.
  • Do you provide blade sharpening?

    We offer blade sharpening services for both lawnmowers and chainsaws.
  • Do you offer at-home service?

    While we do not currently provide at-home service, we do offer a convenient pick-up and delivery service for our customers.
  • What is your turnaround time for repairs?

    Our repair turnaround times vary throughout the year and are not fixed. We strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible. For current estimated turnaround times, please contact our shop directly.
  • If I pay extra, can my job be done faster?

    To maintain fairness to all our customers, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, we do not offer expedited repair services for additional payment.
  • Do I need an appointment to drop off my equipment?

    Equipment can be dropped off without an appointment, except for industrial equipment and trucks, which require prior scheduling.

  • Can you give me an estimate before you start the work?

    Our repairs are based on a flat rate system. If the job exceeds the flat rate labor, we will prepare an estimate and contact you for approval before proceeding with any additional work.

  • How can I get a quote on equipment/parts?

    Feel free to call or email us to discuss your needs, and we’ll provide you with a quote as quickly as possible.

  • Do you offer returns?

    Parts purchased from us can be returned within 30 days, subject to certain exclusions. Special ordered parts and electrical parts are non-returnable. To process a return, a receipt and the original payment method are required, and the part must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a refund.

  • What is the warranty on your service?

    We guarantee our service work for 30 days, considering the nature of gasoline and how quickly it can lead to issues. Most used parts come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects; however, this warranty duration may vary.

  • I was told my gas is bad. How can this be?

    Gasoline is not what it used to be and causes a majority of the non running issues you will experience.
